The production centre of GRUPO JOS\u00c9 LUIS is equipped with the latest technology in all its areas, to guarantee the quality required for a good catering service.<\/p>

The processing area is equipped with the latest in griddles and cookers, as well as special areas for food preparation, pastry making and vacuum packaging. In addition, the sophisticated production centre has an area of 400 m2 with large, fully computerised refrigeration chambers to prevent, by means of an alarm system, any anomaly that might occur.<\/p>

The storage and washing area is also equipped with the most demanding machinery for the care of crockery and table linen. For this reason, storage is carried out by means of mobile platforms that ensure the optimal arrangement of glassware and chinaware.
